For uncontested divorces, our fixed fee offer is available to both applicants (the person initiating the divorce) and respondents (the spouse being served the divorce papers). As the applicant, the fixed fee is £750 + VAT, along with a court fee of £593. If you are the respondent, the fixed fee is £375 + VAT.
It’s important to note that the fixed-fee option may not be suitable for all divorce cases. In such instances, our divorce lawyers will provide an hourly rate package that is tailored to your specific needs.
