3: Bailiff Application

Once a possession order has been granted, we can assist with the final step of enforcing the order through the County Court bailiffs or transferring the matter to the High Court (if applicable). Our service includes preparing and filing the application, arranging payment of the court fee, and liaising with the bailiffs to schedule enforcement.
