Our paralegals are an essential and valued part of our practice groups. They play a pivotal role in supporting partners, associates, and knowledge lawyers to deliver exceptional advice to clients. Working closely with colleagues across the firm, their responsibilities are diverse and dynamic — from drafting and editing documents to conducting legal research — ensuring no two days are ever the same.

Training and Professional Development

To help our paralegals excel, we provide a tailored training program designed to strengthen their legal and practical skills. They also participate in legal training sessions conducted by their respective practice groups, alongside trainee solicitors, to deepen their understanding and expertise.

Pathway to a Training Contract

We recognize that a paralegal role is often a stepping stone toward becoming an associate. Paralegals who have completed twelve months of employment may, subject to certain conditions, apply for our comprehensive training program.
Our Early Legal Careers Team also conducts dedicated training sessions to help candidates navigate the application process with confidence and avoid common pitfalls.
